Position name: Production Operator
Job Description: assembly/completion of headlights and LED modules. Standing work, operating a production line, clean environment with all facilities
Contract details
Salary structure: Base salary + attendance bonus + performance bonus + overtime + weekend work
Base monthly salary (160 hours per month) before bonuses and overtime: 23,400 CZK/gross =19,745 CZK/net = 940 USD/net
Base salary increase after 3 months of work.
Bonuses and add-ons:
Average monthly salary range: 23,800 - 28,200 CZK net, which is 1,130 - 1,340 USD
- 13th salary: paid 50% in May and 50% in November
- Personal bonus: up to 2,050 CZK
- Team bonus: up to 2,050 CZK
- Shift extra: night 32 CZK/hour, afternoon 7 CZK/hour.
- Weekend work: 50% extra
- Weekend overtime: 27 CZK/hour etxra
- Uneven shifts 12: up to 1,000 CZK
- Health contribution: up to 1,500 CZK

- Subsidised accommodation: employee contributes 0 - 4,000 CZK only (cost is subject to seasonal availability of the apartments).
