Every applicant will go through 3 main training stages to determine his best suitability for the following functions: Picker Outbound Operations, Loader Inbound Operations, Coordinator Outbound.

Responsibilities: manual sorting and packaging of different items

• Pack various articles and goods of different productions into cartons
• follow the provided instructions and specification
• load / unload packed items. NOTE: heavy items possible 
• work with scanner

Salary structure: Base + bonuses and/or KPI pay Base salary structure: Picker/Outbound = 2,350 HUF gross = approx 1,550 HUF netto Loader/Inbound = 2,000 HUF gorss = 1,340 HUF netto Outbound Coordinator = 2,300 HUF gross = 1,600 HUF netto Bonuses applicable for Picker/Outbound :  1,000 HUF/day: Good will bonus (diligent daily work, no absences, etc) +actual % performance bonus. Example: reached 110% KPI --> 10% bonus to base salary. Base salary is increased every 6 months. Bonus structure for Loader/Outbound:  Base salary: 2000 HUF gross / 1320 HUF netto 100 HUF/hour: attendance bonus, between 176-200 worked hours 50 HUF/hour: attendance bonus over 200 hours 400 HUF/hour: experience bonus, over 1000 hours completed 500 HUF/hour: experience bonus, over 2500 hours completed 1000 HUF (gross): good will bonus, daily. +10%: Cooler bonus(on top of base pay) +25%: Chiller bonus(on top of base pay)   Bonus structure for Coordinator/Outbound:  Base salary: 2400 HUF gross / 1580 HUF netto 150 HUF/hour: attendance bonus, between 176-200 worked hours 50 HUF/hour: attendance bonus over 200 hours 400 HUF/hour: experience bonus, over 1000 hours completed 500 HUF/hour: experience bonus, over 2500 hours completed 1000 HUF (gross): good will bonus, daily.   Notes and details:

1. Attendance Bonus is on the top of the regular hourly pay.
2. Experience Bonus is on the top of the base pay.
3. Good Will Bonus, calculated on a daily base, payrolled at the end of the month together with salary. It is payable to a worker who perfroms a full day of work, no delay, no early departure from work, performing from end -to - end
4. Performance Pay is calculated based on perfo % data provided by Kifli.hu, at the end of the month. Total number of worked hours multiply by the average monthly perfomance.
5. Cooler and Chiller Bonus is on top of the regular hourly pay.
6. Weekend and National holiday premium is calculated with base pay, as per applicable law, except for Picker, Outbound positions, where it's calculated with performance pay.

Sample calculation (for reference only), 200 hours/month basis:  Picker, Outbound = 1,050 USD* netto + KPI delivery multiplier Loader, Inbound = 901 USD - 1,100 USD netto + attendance and experience bonuses Outbound coordinator = 1,070 USD + attendance and experience bonuses (*USD amounts are for reference only and are subject to updated currency rates)

Subsided accommodation:

• Subsidised accommodation, Employee covers 40.000 HUF/month only during first 4 months. After that - 20,000 HUF/month only.

Applicants who currently reside and work in Japan (ARC card holders)  

Contract duration: 2 years + further extension. Hungarian work permit (long term). Arranged by employer and agency. Processing time: 3-6 months, subject to schedule of public services

• air-ticket to Hungary

Other expenses: Hungary Consular visa fee (approximately 70-150 USD, subject to official Consulate rates).
